Department of State May 10th. 1806.


I request you to be pleased to issue a warrant on the appropriation for Barbary Intercourse for Six Hundred Dollars, in favor of James Davidson Jnr. the holder of the enclosed bill of exchange, dated on the 22d. January last in favor of Stephen Tillinghast, and drawn by James Simpson at Tangier, who is to be charged with the same. I am &c.
