I request you to be pleased to issue a warrant on the appropriations for Barbary Intercourse, for three thousand one hundred & thirty six dollars, in favor of George Davis, being the presumed balance of his accounts as Agent at Tunis, and with which he is to be charged on the Books of the Treasury.
