§ From Robert S. Marache

29 April 1811, Philadelphia. Has resided the last six years in Trinidad where he has a “respectable Commercial Establishment.” As the commerce with the U.S. is “rapidly increasing,” solicits position of commercial agent for the U.S. “should it appear to you expedient to have an agent there.” Encloses a recommendation.
