12 April 1811, Lancaster. Transmits “an exemplified copy of an Act of the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, entitled, ‘An Act to cede the occupancy and use of certain lands near Presque Isle, to the United States, for the purpose therein mentioned.’”1
