Not being able as yet to proceed my self to Bedford I according to promise inclose you a draught for mr White’s debt on Capt Peyton of Richmond for 152D.90 to wit 143.56 principal and 9.34 thirteen months interest from July 19. 1819. this will be paid on demand, the funds being in his hands. I salute you with esteem & respect.
