[Philadelphia, August 8, 1794. On August 12, 1794, Tench Coxe wrote to Samuel Hodgdon:1 “I have just received from the secy. of the Treasy a letter to him of the 8th. inst. from the Secy. at War, containing a requisition of certain articles.”2 Letter not found.]
