[Albany, April 23, 1794. On June 19, 1794, Tench Coxe wrote to Hale2 and referred to “Your letter to the Secretary of the Treasy. of the 23d of April last offering to supply a quantity of White Oak & Pine plank.”3 Letter not found.]
