[Philadelphia] February 5, 1792. “By the President’s command, T. Lear has the honor to return to the Secretary of the Treasury, with the President’s approbation annexed, a Contract between the superintendant of the establishments on Delaware River and Thomas Conaroe, the elder, for repairing the public piers adjacent to Reeding Island in the said River.”2
