Portsmouth, New Hampshire, May 17, 1790. “Inclosed is a weekly return of monies received and paid in this district to the 15th instant. My last letter (May 10th) stated the amount of the first Moiety of Invalid Pensioners in New Hampshire at 1661 ⁹⁸⁄₁₀₀ Dolls. This should have been $1660 ⁹⁸⁄₁₀₀.…”
