I return a subscription paper, which was inclosed to me by your Late much esteemed, and highly respected Father, whose death, no one more Sincerely mourns than I do, as a loss to Learning, to Religion, and to his Country, to all of which he was both an honour and an ornament. With his near and more particuliar connections, I tenderly sympathize, and pray that they may receive comfort, from the reflection, that he is called to a higher, and more dignified Station than that which he sustained upon Earth, and is receiving the reward promissed to good and faithfull Servants—
With my best Respects to your afflicted Mother and sisters—I Subscribe your Sympathizing / Friend
