I am commanded by H R Highness The Duke of Cumberland, to signify to you his great Regrets that His Time during the Sittings of the Tryal at Westminister Hall, & your own private [Tour] into Holland, have both together prevented, that [. . .], that H R. Highness should have been happy to have given you before your Departure from London, and H. R. Highness further desires me to signify to you the very sincere Wishes for your safe Arrival in America.
