My Lord—

As the Period of my Mission to this Court will expire on the 24th of this month, and as the King will admit me to an audience, to take leave of his Majesty, on Wednesday the 20th, I beg leave to acquaint your lordship, of my desire of an audience of the Queen, that I may have an opportunity before my departure to pay my respects and take Leave of her Majesty, and to request to your lordship to receive and Communicate to me, Her Majesty’s Pleasure with regard to this Ceremony and the time when it will be convenient to admit me to this honour—
