We Shall be Extreemely glad to hear of your Safe arrival, and that you are enjoying a perfect health. We convey you herewith one obligation which you forget to sign, please to return it. As also a translation to forward it to Congress to have it ratified—We beg likewise you’ll be so good to Send us 2 Copies of the Letter Wrote by you to Congress, in order to Send them with two translations of the Obligations to the States.
