From Thomas Williams

Richmond, June 19, 1793. States that he wrote to Hamilton on October 31, 1791,1 requesting payment for expenses in traveling to North Carolina under Hamilton’s orders to testify in a case concerning the alteration of North Carolina certificates.2 Repeats request for $77.50.
